This hotel is a great value for the price with rooms that have either a queen bed or two single beds, comparable in size to what you would find in North America. The attention to detail is evident with basic amenities like a pants press for drying clothes and an electric kettle provided in the clean and spacious rooms. The location is convenient, being within walking distance of both a subway station and a train station, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, and even a 24-hour supermarket nearby. Additionally, having a massage chair available in the room is a fantastic added bonus.
All was great and no improvements are needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was extremely convenient being right next to a train station and close to multiple train lines. Transportation was a breeze as I was near Uehomacchi Stn and the airport bus station. The hotel was immaculate and well-maintained providing great facilities like breakfast and friendly staff.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel had great value and was conveniently located close to subway stations. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and enjoyed a decent breakfast at the on-site cafe. we were pleased with the free wifi that was offered.
The front desk staff was a bit slow during check-in and check-out processes. some staff members had difficulty communicating in English which made it a bit of a challenge for us as non-Japanese speakers.

We had a fantastic time staying at a hotel near the airport and the Uehonmachi Kintetsu station. the location was so convenient with everything so close to us. We couldn't believe how clean and inviting the room was, the bed was so comfortable, and all of the amenities were incredible. We loved the fact that there were laundry facilities on-site.
There was a slight downside with the housekeeping, which didn't seem to meet our expectations, something that could be improved.

Stayed here for New Year. Location is great, close to department stores and easy access to public transportation. Room size is satisfactory and the massage chair in the room was a pleasant surprise. Wifi connection was reliable, and housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy.
It would have been better if breakfast was offered as it was difficult to find places to eat early in the morning during the New Year period. the view from the room wasn't impressive.
